FAQs

What is a Standby Appointment?

A Standby Appointment is basically the same concept as being on a waiting list. If the schedule is full for the date and time you attempted to book, you can instead click the button to book a Standby Appointment. We sometimes have other confirmed appointments reschedule ahead of time. As, and if, this happens, those on Standby will be moved into confirmed appointment spots in the order they were received. If your Standby Appointment is moved into a confirmed spot, we will let you know.

What if the designated times offered don’t fit a friend/family members schedule?

If a friend or family member that agreed to help you out has a special or specific schedule, we can sometimes allow showings during times not typically offered. If someone needs an appointment time other than 10 AM, 2 PM or 6:30 PM, please contact your Geaux4It Liaison and they will let you know if we can accommodate. Time change requests are taken on a case by case basis.

How Do I Cancel or Reschedule a showing?

To Cancel or Reschedule a showing, you can refer back to the confirmation email that was originally sent to you during the booking process. If you scroll all the way to the bottom, there will be a button to cancel, as well as one to reschedule.

How do I successfully complete the program to get my reimbursement?

All of the following must be done in order to receive your reimbursement.

1. You must do all 12 qualified shows with at least 2 sales (Cash, Check, Card or A-line credit) within 180 days to receive any monies on the Geaux4It Program.

2. You will receive no monies of any kind until your entire program has been completed, including 12 qualified shows and 2 sales (Cash, Check, Card, or A-line credit).

3. The completion of 6 qualified shows alone does not entitle you to any monies of any kind. All monies are paid only after all 12 qualified shows and 2 sales (Cash, Check, Card, or A-line credit).

What are the qualifications for my referrals I book showings with?

Referrals must meet all guidelines in order to qualify.

Must be couples • Must be married or living together • Must be between the ages of 21-60 • If they (one or both) are 61-70 they will only count if the show is done in a 10 AM or 2 PM spot only • No exceptions • Must be homeowners with the home in one or both of their name(s) • At least one must be gainfully employed full-time or comfortably retired • Disability does not count as income • Must be family or personal friends • Can not have purchased a Rainbow in the past 5 years or seen a demo in the past 1 year.

Homes must be within 60 minutes of our office • The homes must be in good shape and fully furnished •The home must not have any damages (flood, hurricane, etc) • Home cannot be under renovations or constructionof any kind • We must do the demonstration in the home that is owned by the referral. No exceptions.

All shows must be full demonstrations and all attachments must be shown • No third party shows • No group shows • No roommate situations • Both spouses must attend and politely participate and pay attention • Any and all rude or discourteous people or situations will not qualify • They must fully speak and understand English • Rainbow reserves the right to refuse a show or request a replacement show if it fails to meet any of the qualifications. Please make sure your show is qualified before scheduling. This is your responsibility. • In the event Rainbow reschedules, you will receive automatic credit for that show, provided- and only if-the number of reschedules on your end does not equal or exceed the number of reschedules on our end • Auto credit will only be calculated upon the completion of the remaining shows in your program. In the event your auto credit showing ends up being run on a different day, it still only counts as one show. Standby shows do not qualify for this rule.

What does it mean for a sale to be “A-Line”?

An A-Line sale means the Rainbow was either purchased by cash, check, credit card or was FULLY FUNDED by the finance company. Fully funded means we were funded 100% of the full price sale of the Rainbow by the finance company.

Typically, people that fit the above qualifications, especially homeowners that are gainfully employed, tend to have good/strong (A-Line) credit. This is just one of the many reasons for the strict qualifications!

We require at least 2 A-Line sales so we can have the funds to reimburse you once you complete your program and to present you with gifts and attachments throughout!

If you are worried about your sales being A-Line (if they did not pay cash, check or credit card) you should contact the Geaux4It liaison to check in on the status of your sales throughout your program to make sure you have your 2 required A-Lines sales!
