MONTHLY DISTRIBUTOR REPORT INSTRUCTIONS:

Please complete the form below as accurately as possible. The information you provide will be used to generate our monthly newsletters and track distributor performance. All newsletters will be based on the numbers submitted in this report. If your reported numbers do not match the official RBO records, we will contact you for clarification before the newsletter is published.

Report Deadline:

All reports are due no later than the 7th of each month. Submissions received after this date may not be included in the monthly results.

Group Leader Section:

  • List each group leader’s name, their total points for the month, and their net group sales.

  • How to calculate points:

    • 1 point for every sale at 100%–85%.

    • 0.5 points for every sale at 80%–70%.

    • Sales at 65% or below do not earn any points.

  • Example entry:

    John Smith – 25.5 points – 31 net sales

Efficiency Rating Section:

For each dealer, enter their calculated Efficiency Rating (ER) using the formula below:

  • Efficiency Rating (ER) = Closing Average × Leads Per Sale

    • Closing Average:

      (Number of Sales ÷ Number of Demos) × 100

    • Leads Per Sale:

      Number of Sub-deals ÷ Number of Sales
