PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE RESCHEDULING, REBOOKING, OR CANCELLING A SHOW. ALSO SEE QUICK TIPS ON WORKING THE APP AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE!


*If you need to reschedule a show that is set for a future date…

  • If it is booked for more than two days out, you can reschedule it in your app. You will click Profile>Referrals>Choose any referral that says UNPROCESSED>Double click to open that referral>Click the three dots next to the date/time>Choose a new date and time

  • If, and ONLY IF, the referral you would like to book says “PROCESSED” you may use the form below to choose a new date and time. If you use this process to reschedule, you must make sure the date and time you are choosing is available on the calendar or your show will be accepted on “Standby” status. But, don’t worry! Standbys are often moved into confirmed spots!


*If you need to rebook a show you had scheduled in the past

  • In your app Click Rebook A Show > Choose the show you would like to rebook > proceed as normal by choosing a date and time.


If you need to cancel a show you already have booked that needs to reschedule, but you do not have a specific new time and date yet, use the button below.

 


*QUICK TIPS:

-When you submit a show, it will stay “unprocessed” until 2-3 days before your demonstration date. This allows you to go in and edit and reschedule that show in the actual app if need be. Directions to do so are above.

-If you want to see everything you have completed, have upcoming that has been processed or any upcoming that is not processed, you will sign in > click Profile, Click the “Referrals” tab and everything will be listed there! That way you can see everything in one place.
